WE ARE SO EXCITED TO BE BACK TO FACE TO FACE CLASSES!
We are running our classes in the community at various locations so head over to our timetable to see what we have available for you. ALL of these classes are suitable for BEGINNERS.
We also have a wide variety of Pilates classes available online (online classes are only available to clients who we’ve taught before but if this is more convenient for you right now get yourself booked into one of our face to face sessions for a few weeks first and then once we’ve seen you in person and know you have the fundamentals under your belt you can then jump in online). The online classes are very personal and interactive and easy to access from the comfort of your own home and really do feel like you are in the studio with us as we can see everyone of you on our big screen so we can ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and you can only see yourself and the instructor. 👍🏻
We are also offering one to one sessions again (Mat Pilates or Reformer Pilates) so if interested please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Riverside Studios since opening in 2012 has just gone from strength to strength and has such an excellent reputation. We are being highly recommended by doctors and physios to help with joint and back problems and more and more people are becoming hooked by our classes as they really do WORK! The benefits of doing our classes are endless and these aren’t just physical benefits but mental benefits too. Our classes really help with stress levels and anxiety and our team of instructors all believe that we ALL need to switch off from our hectic lives and devote yourself some YOU time so we also focus on relaxation in our classes too. Riverside Studios is NOT a gym but a very social place, with a coffee and meeting area for before and after class.
Hannah and her team specialise in Pilates, Yoga and Bootybarre (barre classes that fuse ballet technique, pilates fundamentals and yoga with cardio intervals) and are helping so many people not only get into shape and tone and strengthen but more importantly overcome back, joint and arthritic problems or prevent them through this genius form of exercise. Pilates really is an addiction once you start as its not just a workout but a lifestyle! All the classes are suitable for both men and women.
Hannah is over the moon to have now opened her SECOND studio. Riverside Studio SEASIDE is also in Gorleston and runs more specialised classes such as Back Care classes, Seated classes on chairs for those with arthritic problems and lack of mobility and more beginners pilates classes.
We are also very proud to offer a physio therapy clinic at Riverside studio. Gorleston Physio was established in 2014 but has only been working from Riverside studio since 2017 and is now an established Physiotherapy clinic in the region. Our physio works closely with a number of employers, insurers and the Orthopaedic team at the James Paget Hospital providing Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation for all Musculo-skeletal conditions. Our physiology clinic is amongst the leading Physiotherapists in the region and offer a caring individual, patient centered approach allowing the patient to fully understand the problem they are presenting with and ensuring they are fully involved in their treatment and rehabilitation.
With the wide variety of classes now available on our timetable there is something for EVERYONE!! Hannah recommends booking for both studios as we have limited numbers in classes!
